  Onshore construction of 4 platforms (3x WHP (800T),(1x manifold platform (1500T)) for Bul-Hanine project, Platforms installed 4Q of 2019. Hook-up Construction ongoing until 2nd Q of 2020.

• CHINA, COOEC yard Qingdao
  Onshore construction of new built Wellhead platform (WHP-3) (3000T) at the COOEC yard at Qingdao, China. Platform is constructed for North field Alpha (NFA) platform.

• QATAR, Offshore
  Offshore hook-up installation, mechanical completion and commissioning of the construction, piping and mechanical works for FMB (LQ & UP) and Bul-Hanine platforms project.

2016

​

Decommissioning project on 5 nos. satellite platforms for ConocoPhillips in the Viking field for in the southern North Sea (SNS).

 

The project comprises of preparations work on the topside and jacket for removal for lifting by dismantling and removal of piping, equipment and structural parts for easy access for the lifting activate. Offshore responsible for controlling the sup-contractors on their activities during the decommissioning.

2014 - 2015

​

Onshore construction supervisor for the complete mechanical and piping systems related to the TLS (Total lift system) system on the installation / decommissioning and pipe-lay vessel the “Pioneering Spirit” former “Pieter Schelte”.

 

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day installation, punch-list, mechanical completion, FAT / SAT testing, final commissioning and certification by the approved authority (Lloyds), On the hydraulic and mechanical system on the LCA (Lift Control Assembly), LHPU (Local Hydraulic Power Unit) module’s that are part of the TLS and the total assembly of the different module components into the TLS lifting beam onshore and offshore.

2012 - 2014

​

Brownfield project on the FPSO “Marlim Sul” contracted by Petrobras. Managing the day-to- day progress and interface with the contractor on the collision repairs (HSE, construction, piping, welding, inspection, planning) on the live vessel. 

​

This also included additional work on rotating & static equipment that needed to be replaced, that was damaged during the collision. Final commissioning and certification of heli-deck and hull by the approved authorities (ABS).

​

Also managed the installation of the heli-deck built at Maua yard in Niterói, and lifting equipment for the installation of the flushing box at Techocean in Macaé (Brazil), this included the day-to- day progress, testing, inspections and documentation completion.

​2011 - 2012

On the FPSO “Aoka Mizu”, responsible for managing the contractor (AMEC) regarding safety, construction, piping, inspection, planning supporting additional sub-sea facilities and topsides modifications required (Brownfield) to the existing Ettrick field FPSO, including various construction / piping and rotating modification projects on the Turret / Swivel and heat recovery unit.

Onshore responsible for the supervision of the topside construction and piping of the self- installing gas platform F3-FA onsite at the yard in Vlissingen.

​

Offshore supervisor responsible for managing the installation and hook-up of the self-installing platform (SIP) F3-FA project including the construction, piping, mechanical completion and commissioning scope of the installed equipment and certification by the approved authority (Lloyds) until first gas.

Responsible of the engineering work packs for the installation of the compression module on the L02 NAM project for the piping, construction and execution (supervision) of the work, onshore / offshore scope.

Responsible of the supporting the piping engineering and all the maintenance requirements of the TOTAL E&P offshore production installations onshore and offshore in coordinating (supervision) activities and plant shutdowns. (Rotating / Static).

Maintenance optimization project, reviewing and implementing new maintenance concept / strategy of the TOTAL offshore production installations in the North Sea for a better optimization of the TOTAL maintenance in SAP/R3 and CMMS.

Responsible of the supporting the engineering and maintenance requirements of NAM (SHELL) offshore production installations in coordinating (supervision) offshore for engineering and mechanical maintenance. The work consisted out of offshore site-visits, plant shutdowns, planning, piping design and breakdown scope (Rotating / static).
